Injection foam for masonry CMU block fill insulation

We install Tripolymer Injection foam in to residential or commercial cinderblock walls. This is typically done to the mortar joint or during the construction process when the cavities are still opened the can also be done in a retrofit insulation process. The R-value is 5.1 per inch. We are a phenolic-based foam not an Aminoplast / urea formaldehyde like some of our competitors. We are speced out and installed in most large box stores like Walmart, Lowe's, home depots, CVS and Walgreens to name a few.  Other products that are typically speced out in these buildings are core foam, core fill 500, CFI, themco, tailored foam. Most injection foam processes for commercial block fill applications are the same the R-value's do differ so code compliance could be an issue for some manufacturers we feel that the product we install Triplymer is equivalent or better than summer competitors products. We also offer thermal imaging for quality assurance during the injection process saving the general contractor this additional fee.
